My mother raised me, my brother and sister on her own and for years we lived way below the poverty line &#8211; some nights we shared a can of tuna between us 3 kids for dinner, things were that bad. To my horror I actually started losing the little bit of muscle that I had! Once again, I was hugely disappointed with the results, all I did was get cramps in the gym and absolutely no muscle gains what so ever!
